What started your genealogy journey?

He thought I may enjoy going genealogy as a hobby and it would be a fruitful way to pass my leisure time. What inspired your interest in genealogy or is this your first dabble with family history? It is never to late too start and you have never learned it all; I assure you, there is always more to learn.
