This is one of my very few photos of my paternal great-grandparents, Nicola aka Nicholas (one of my namesakes) and Maria Savina (DiPaolo) Lorusso. He was born 7 November 1885 in Palazzo San Gervasio, Potenta, Italy and died October of 1973 in Belmar, New Jersey. She was born in Italy, 20 January 1895, and died 6 December 1941 in Belmar, New Jersey. They are photographed here, with their youngest children of six, Charlie and Angie, who are deceased.
